For all airport collections, we require the flight number and arrival time/terminal so we can monitor the flight for any delays. However, we cannot be held responsible for any incorrect information provided by the client or from flight information sources.

If you are delayed in baggage reclaim for more than 1 hour, we request that you contact us by phone to inform us, so we can notify the driver. Any additional parking or waiting time will be chargeable to the client.

We also require a mobile contact number (preferably for the person travelling, although we understand this may not always be possible). For holiday bookings, an estimation of the luggage amount is needed to ensure we provide the correct vehicle size.

NOTE: In certain situations beyond our control (such as vehicle breakdowns), City Cabz Milton Keynes reserves the right to provide an alternative vehicle of similar specification. Prices quoted are the final price payable (subject to any additional parking/waiting charges or changes from the original booking).

If a client ‘no shows’ a booking, the full fare will be invoiced to the client.

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
