📑 City Cabz Milton Keynes – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with City Cabz Milton Keynes. By booking a journey, you agree to the following:

1. Bookings

  • 📝 All bookings must include the correct pickup and drop-off details, date, and time

  • ✈️ For airport collections, provide the flight number and arrival terminal to monitor delays

  • 📱 A mobile contact number is required (preferably the traveller’s)

  • 🧳 For holiday or group bookings, advise the amount of luggage to provide the correct vehicle

2. Waiting & Parking Charges

  • ⏱️ Airport pickups include up to 1 hour free waiting after the flight lands

  • 📞 Delays over 1 hour in baggage reclaim/immigration? Call your driver

  • 💰 Additional waiting or parking charges added to fare

3. Vehicles

  • 🚘 In case of breakdown or unforeseen circumstances, alternative vehicle of similar specification may be provided

  • 💵 All quoted prices are fixed unless journey changes (extra stops, diversions, waiting time)

4. Payments & Cancellations

  • 💳 Fares must be paid in full at the end of the journey unless a corporate account arrangement exists

  • 🕒 Cancellations require minimum 12 hours’ notice prior to pickup

  • ❌ A “No Show” will be charged in full

5. Liability

  • ⏳ City Cabz will make every effort to ensure timely pickups, but not responsible for delays caused by traffic, accidents, weather, road closures, airline issues

  • 🎒 Passengers are responsible for their own luggage; City Cabz is not liable for loss or damage
